The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, was in Kwara state on Tuesday
was to lay the foundation for the KAM Industries Nigeria Limited's
200,000 mtpa Steel Melt rolling mill complex. KAM industries Limited is
a leading steel manufacturing company in Nigeria. They are in the Bank
of Industry's Hall Of Fame. Their range of products include: Nails,
wires, roofing sheets, color coating and stone coated tiles.
To deepen inclusion in the solid mineral sector, KAM industries Limited
in partnership with BOI have floated a special purpose vehicle for an
integrated liquid steel producing plant of 1.5mtpa in Kogi state,
similar to the size of Ajaokuta steel plant.
