As part of Rwandan tradition, President Magufuli of Tanzania was given the shepherd’s stick and selected five good looking cows as a gift from his Rwandan counterpart president Paul Kagame -that symbolizes love expressed to a trusted and reliable friend. Magufuli enjoyed the cultural hospitality at Kagame’s private home during his recently concluded state visit to Rwanda.
