 The National Assembly has taken another groundbreaking step towards stimulating the private sector in Nigeria through the creation of enabling environments for business to thrive in the country. The Senate President and Chairman of the National Assembly, Dr Bukola Saraki, led a congregation of lawmakers and businessmen at the maiden National Assembly Business Environment Roundtable, NASSBER, on Monday, March 21, 2016.

 NASSBER was a platform to address the decays in laws governing business activities in the country and how those laws can be developed upon.

The forum was in partnership with the ENABLE-DFID and GEMS3 programmes, the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, NESG, and the Nigeria Bar Association – Section on Business Law, NBA-SBL.
